Caron Realty, Inc. has been in existence since 1977 and has managed numerous types of properties in addition to commercial sales. In 1984 the company decided to move in a new direction and devoted the majority of its resources to Homeowner’s Association Management and Commercial Property Management. In 1996 we decided to exclusively devote our business to Property Management. In 2011, we chose to rename our company to reflect our service industry and formed Caron Management Company, a subsidiary of Caron Realty, Inc.
Our expertise in making sure that the communities we manage are compliant with the laws that govern Homeowner’s Associations, handling of covenant enforcement, dues collections and budget preparation, etc., have made us a strong resource for all our communities.
We have a well qualified, detail oriented and professional staff who can assist you when you contact our office. Your community will not be given a specific “community manager” as we do not feel that only one person should be the point of contact. When contacting your management company whether it is via email or phone, you should be able to speak with any staff member for assistance. In the event a question cannot be answered immediately, our staff will research the matter and you will receive a response within 48 hours or less.
Our company believes in “Personal Service”, that is why we do not use a voice mail system unless it is during lunch or non-business hours. When you call our office during normal business hours, you will be able to speak with someone immediately.
Unlike the larger companies who have too many clients to properly manage their communities, we pride ourselves in the fact that we are a smaller Family Owned & Operated company and can devote more attention to each of our clients.
Another plus we can offer that the larger companies do not, is through the web-sites for all our communities, we have Governing Documents on line at “no charge”. Prospective purchasers and Real Estate agents do not have to pay exorbitant fees to obtain these documents. In addition, our community websites are updated monthly with the most recent approved documents for each community. These documents are password protected for homeowners review 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Many of our clients have been with our company for 15 years or more. We pride ourselves in having loyal clients who look to us for advice as their management company and who understand that it is our goal to provide them with the best possible service and knowledge in the industry.
